Rapid Transformational Therapy Accreditation
In my pursuit of continuous improvement, I am delighted to announce that I have completed my training with Marisa Peer and am now accredited to deliver Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
What is Holding you Back?
Do you feel trapped and unable to fulfil your ambitions? Do those inner doubts prevent you from taking steps to achieve something great? Does the inner message tell you that you are not good enough, that you will fail, that awful things will happen if you step out of your comfort zone? Do you find yourself repeating the same patterns even though you want to change?
We can feel that others are holding us back, but often, it is our own learnt messages that are to blame. The things that we were told as a child, the experiences that formed our views, the biases that we were led to believe, the phobias that we developed can form barriers.
Why we Need more than Will Power
This idea that we can simply will ourselves to change sets us up to fail. We act in certain ways because we have learnt specific behaviours and these have formed our habits and our beliefs. The chances of realising long term change whilst we still have the same messages in our head are very slim.
To realise change, we need to address the root cause of the unhelpful thoughts and replace them with a new script.

The good news is that we are always learning new things that change our understanding of the world. In the same way, we can learn new messages that break down those barriers that we’ve put up. We can change habits, we can overcome fears and we can focus on our ambitions.

What is RTT?
Marissa designed this new approach to reprogramming our internal messages to enable change. It involves a session of controlled hypnotherapy (I also hold a certificate in Hypnotherapy and extended practice). This brings awareness to past experience and learning that has caused us to hold onto fear, bad habits, guilt or low self-esteem.
The RTT session offers a chance to rewrite those messages, to change our internal thoughts. In the later part of the session, new words are recorded. The client then commits to listening to this recording daily, for the following 21 days.
RTT is a great tool when you feel ready to conquer fears, break bad habits or change your routine. It is a quick solution that offers permanent results. Whilst life coaching is ideal for many of my clients, this will be a better option for others.
RTT Introductory Offer
The RTT Package includes a:
Discovery Call – a confidential discussion to identify the issue and establish the root cause
RTT Session – a 90-min session involving hypnotherapy to bring awareness to your inner thoughts and create a new message that supports, rather than hinders, your goals
Recording – At the end of the RTT Session, a recording is uploaded to your phone. Your commitment is to listen to this daily, for 21 days.
The standard price is £250, but to celebrate my accreditation, I am offering an introductory price of £200 to anyone who books before 30 September 2020.
